Smith is bracing for potential backlash. Not worth any potential drama.
I received the product with glaring paint chips and flecks, and scuffs throughout and messaged the seller with pictures. I said the paint looked good to me, and it did (to my eyes, not to my
camera chat ***'s view on close-up under bright lights).
However, why, after receiving the partial refund, did you go on to publicly announce on TFW2005 that the toy I sent you was "top-to-bottom quality in terms of build and presentation," that "it took you a WHOLE 30 seconds to know that Goshogun is incredible," and, "that the paint job is pretty immaculate" (in your video review)?
Still, I offered you BOTH the option of a partial refund AND returning the toy to me at my own cost. The seller then offered a partial refund for whatever reason and I figured it was because he wasn't ok with the defects so I said ok and took the refund.
So your main point is that to fully prove my innocence, I should have offered to exchange my copy, which you believe was better based on NO evidence, after I already offered to let your return your copy or to give you a partial refund for it.
