Circuit Judge James Clayton sentenced Holcombe on Oct.
23, 2018, to 10 years in prison on two charges, racketeering and conspiracy to commit racketeering. His father, Dale Chester Holcombe, 56, of South Daytona, was sentenced to about 4 ½ years in prison on the same charges in the gift card scheme. The Holcombes’ defense attorney, Aaron Delgado, said that the father and son were running a legitimate business and they had told their employees not to buy stolen gift cards.
